Absolute Beachfront Villas is a 5-star hotel on Ban Tai, Koh Phangan, with direct access to Baan Tai Beach. The villas are about 3.1 km from Thong Sala, combining a beachfront setting with private outdoor space and sea views.

Accommodation ranges from 45 to 120 m². Each villa has a private bathroom and sea view; four have a kitchen, and balconies, patios or terraces feature across the range. One 120 m² villa also has a private pool, while some layouts include a separate living area.

Facilities include a restaurant serving Thai and international dishes, a bar, coffee house, snack bar and room service. Breakfast can be served in your room, but is not included in the stay. A swimming pool, private beach area, garden and terrace add to the beachfront setting. Free private parking and free WiFi are available. You can choose a self-contained villa close to the sand, with on-site dining and a range of outdoor spaces.

Four villa entries include a kitchen, while the 45 m² Deluxe Villa has a bedroom, seating area, safe deposit box and hairdryer.

The two 120 m² options have distinct layouts: the beachfront villa has a separate living room, bedroom and two bathrooms, while the private-pool villa has its own pool and a separate living area. The 90 m² Beach Front villa and 70 m² Villa with Sea View each have one bedroom, a seating area, a bath and a shower. Kitchen-equipped options include cooking and dining equipment; the smaller Deluxe Villa has a sea-view terrace and balcony.

Outdoor space is a prominent part of Absolute Beachfront Villas: facilities include beachfront access, a private beach area, a garden, patio, balcony and terrace, as well as outdoor dining space and furniture. Villas have private entrances, and the units are on the ground floor. A water park and darts are available for recreation, while room service offers an alternative to going out for a meal. Non-smoking rooms are also provided.

The main south-coast road connects Ban Tai with the ferry town to the west and Haad Rin to the south-east.

Most travellers reach Koh Phangan by boat, with Thong Sala the island's usual ferry arrival point. Shared songthaews run from the pier towards Ban Tai, followed by a short approach to the beachfront property. Free private parking is available on site without reservation for arrivals by road. The road towards Haad Rin is steep in places, so take care on a scooter. Ferries connect Koh Phangan with Koh Samui; from Samui Airport, transfer to a pier before sailing to Thong Sala. Travellers coming from Surat Thani can continue by road to Donsak and take a ferry across to the island.

Baan Tai Beach is the immediate draw for swimming and sunset views, while Baan Kai Beach is 1.2 km away. The Night Market is 1.1 km from the villas, and Phaeng Waterfall lies 3.7 km inland. Jungle Flight Adventure Park is 4 km away for an outing away from the coast. Scuba diving, surfing and other water sports are also available around the area.
